Our Story
Moving to Germany changes everything. The food, the pace, the bureaucracy — and suddenly, the language. FindEnglish to fix that.
We moved here too. And like most expats, we quickly hit the same wall: finding a doctor who speaks English, opening a bank account, sorting out insurance, registering an address — all in a language we were still learning. It shouldn’t be that hard. So we built FindEnglish.
It’s a curated directory of English-speaking services across Germany’s major cities — doctors, tax advisors, banks, lawyers, insurance providers, and more. Every listing is selected because language is genuinely not a barrier there. No guessing, no hoping the receptionist speaks English.
We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re building something specific: the most useful, most trusted resource for expats navigating real life in Germany in English.
