What does "top of category & city pages" mean?
When someone browses a category and city — for example "Tax Advisors in Berlin" — Featured and Partner listings appear above standard (free) listings, so you're seen first.
What does "homepage spotlight" mean?
Partner listings appear in the "Featured services" section on the FindEnglish homepage — one of the first things visitors see when they land on the site.
How do I send my logo and photos?
Add a link to your logo and photos when you apply — Google Drive, Dropbox, or your own website all work. No link handy? Email them to support@findenglish.de instead.
Can I upgrade later from Free to Featured or Partner?
Yes. Start with a Free listing anytime, and upgrade to Featured or Partner whenever you're ready — no need to reapply from scratch.
How long does it take to go live after I pay?
Every paid listing is reviewed and activated manually, typically within 3-4 days of payment.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is added. FindEnglish operates under Germany's Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG), so the prices shown are final.
